Boxes ship by the 15th of each month. At the moment we have been told by Royal Mail to expect UK orders to be delivered up to 10 working days later than usual, and possibly more for international shipments. If it has been more than 3 weeks since you received your shipping email, get in touch and we'll see what we can do.
